Pumpkin Patch!!

On Wednesday, we went to the Uesugi Farms Pumpkin Patch in Morgan Hill. Granny came with us and we met up with some of Dylan's friends: Lillian, Alex, and Kelton. They had a blast running through the corn maze, looking at the pumpkins, riding on the choo-choo train, going on a hay-ride through the corn fields, and riding on the carousel. Kate also enjoyed looking at all of the bright colors. Dylan was asleep in the car in less than 5 minutes after we pulled out of the parking lot - - a clear sign that he enjoyed himself.

Finally...Dylan will sit and take a picture next to Kate. Now we need to work on Dylan keeping his eyes open when he smiles!!!

Fun in San Diego!

On October 2nd - 5th, Gramma, Papa, and Uncle Natcho flew with Dylan down to San Diego for his first "vacation" without Mommy and Daddy. He had the time of his life and talks about it every day. They met up with Kristin and visited Legoland and the San Diego Zoo and spent countless hours at the hotel pool...which had a water slide!!! Poor Papa was at a conference during the day, but he got to join in on the pool fun in the evenings.
